Madressa trip to Islamic Centre Maida Vale & Hyde Park 27/05/07 PDF Print E-mail

Dear Parents Aslaam Alaykum

This year the children of Masjid-e-Ali Madressa will have the opportunity to visit Islamic Centre in Maida Vale and Hyde Park. It is an important learning experience for them to develop their knowledge of other Shia communities and to strengthen their relationship within the community.

We will be visiting on Sunday the 27th of May. Your child will need to be dressed casually and wear comfortable footwear due to the amount of walking involved. The children will be travelling by coach which will leave from the Moor St Community Centre at 9am and return back to the Moor St Community Centre at 6pm.

We would like all the children to have the opportunity to take part in this valuable experience and we are asking parents to make a contribution of ?10.00 per child towards the cost of the visit. Please return the attached slip and the money by Sunday the 13th of May so that we can decide if the visit can go ahead. If we do not receive the contributions the visit will not be able to go ahead.

If there are any questions please contact Raza Shah (07985 438 427), Qaiser Abbas (07916 326 477), Imran Shah (07916 309 927) or myself (07886 630 286).

Yours sincerely

Principal of Masjid-e-Ali Madressa

Haji Musharaf Naqvi

Please Note: The Madressa trip is for children from class 3 and above. Children are not required to bring lunch. Lunch and snacks will be provided by Masjid-e-Ali Madressa.
