this is indeed the true Islam; for surely, only in Allah (swt)?s remembrance do
the hearts find peace.
Workshop 1: Mind, Body & Self
Ever thought about who you are and how everything inside you connects to form
the daily reactions and thought patterns you present? Well get thinking if you
want to enroll into this workshop. You?ll walk out spellbound about how your
mind and body works and you?ll learn how to be more present and alert about how
you react and operate in your daily life. You will identify your emotional
triggers and learn how to prepare your body and mind to seeing the world in a
way that will push you on your journey to inner peace.
Workshop 2: Handling Change
Transition is a psychological process we all go through and through this
workshop you can learn how it has affected you and how you can make the best out
every changing situation or life circumstance. Whether you have felt transition
when you moved from school to college and then university, through your teenage
years or even as a professional in the busy world of work the concept is
universal and the key to handling change in the most positive of ways can be
owned by everyone. Enroll in this workshop to see just how deep a part your
emotions play in your outlook on life and how you can maneuver them to get the
best out yourself.
