Rt Hons Mike O?Brien MP is a Labour MP for North Warwickshire. He is a Minister of State for the department of Work and Pensions, and has previously worked as a Foreign Office Minister and a Minister of State for energy, e-commerce and competitiveness.

Institute of International Affairs.
